Experimental Neuroimmunology
Facility
Our institute is associated with the TUM School of Medicine and Health and works in close collaboration with the Department of Neurology, located at the clinical campus of the Technical University of Munich. In our department, we perform advanced flow cytometry analyses and cell sorting. All major immunologic read-out systems for the analysis of immune cells are established in the laboratory. We have a strong expertise in modeling neuroimmunologic diseases in vivo using genetic tools. On the campus, we have access to modern analysis tools including advanced microscopy techniques, transcriptome and proteome analysis.
